Kathrine Farris
Kathrine, the CEO/Founder of Marketecs, is a highly organized automator, consultant, strategist & business/project manager.
She started the business in 2009, has a BA in Business Administration, and years of prior management, finance, and training experience. She also holds various certifications from Digital Marketer.
In her time away from her computer, Kathrine enjoys being outside – gardening, kayaking, camping, and hiking with all her boys.
Kathrine is a self-proclaimed chocoholic and coffee addict. And during ‘quiet time’, she enjoys reading, watching sports movies, and documenting the life-cycle of Monarch Butterflies.

Hope H.
Hope has a wide variety of skills and training – both formal and informal – that blend together, making her a perfect addition to our team.
Hope holds a BA in Business Management & Marketing, and was a Signal Intelligence Analyst (35P) for the U.S. Army. In addition, she is a Digital Marketer Certified Customer Value Optimization Specialist. Hope is well versed in both marketing strategy and technical implementation.
A sometimes-practicing cosmetologist and a full-time appreciator of the arts, Hope enjoys participating in local theatrical and performative exhibitions. Her passion for art and expression translates into a creative, outside-the-box approach when it comes to deriving client solutions.
When she’s not working or playing, you’ll find Hope at home, taking it easy with her Husband and their 2 beautiful cats.

Melanie excels in proofreading, video editing, and content marketing. She’s well versed in creating newsletter campaigns and building landing pages with a keen eye for SEO. Mel holds a Social Media Certification through Digital Marketer.
Her medical and technical backgrounds, as well as her knack for details, frequently shine through as she supports our clients. She’s always an excellent team player.
For fun, Mel loves to play video games with her husband or do crafty stuff like cross-stitch, crochet, and assemble puzzles. Her favorite holiday is Halloween, so she loves everything scary!
In her downtime, Mel likes to kick back and watch TV with her 2 teen girls, husband (and high school sweetheart) and 2 dogs.

Plus, she holds Search Marketing and E-commerce Marketing Specialist certifications from Digital Marketer. If you have an unusual tech issue, she’d love to use her nerd superpowers to help you solve it.
When she’s not immersed in the world of ecommerce or ghostwriting a blog, you’ll find Rachel embracing her inner flower child enjoying time in nature, experimenting in the kitchen with endless vegetarian recipes, or embroidering another hippie wall-hanging. If you can’t find her, she’s probably just temporarily lost in her closet packed full of fabulous 70s finds.

As our Social Media Manager, Allie is certified through Digital Marketer and she enjoys furthering her education based on each clients unique needs. With years of experience in leadership and administration, she appreciates the contrast that exercising her creative skills adds to her work flow.
If she’s not in the kitchen cooking up a storm, she looks forward to getting out on the tennis courts, movie nights with friends, and finishing a good book or crochet project.
In her time off, Allie likes to turn up the music and spend time with her family (and pets) playing games or going on local adventures like hiking, catching a musical, or attending sporting events!

Kate’s varied work history provides her with a unique perspective that allows her to easily adapt to a client’s particular wants and needs. Much of her experience has been with blog writing, social media content creation, event marketing, digital design, and administrative tasks. She enjoys the blend between the creative outlet of writing and designing and the more structured organizational side of things. #ListsAreLife
Kate balances work and daily life as a stay-at-home mom to her two young children. You never know if you’ll find her baking cookies with her kids, plugging away at her laptop during naptime, or working on a homeschool lesson with her oldest. In her spare time, Kate is happiest when reading, running, snowboarding, hiking, or just being in nature with her family and their wild pup Otto.
